We are looking for an Operations Leader to develop, manage, coordinate, and operationalise SPOKEs. Your activities will include, among others: Project planning, developing and managing the work plans of new and existing SPOKEs, and generally ensuring proper execution, quality control, and reporting. To work and support the international and in-country teams, and to use your knowledge of the research funding landscape to identify and pursue grant funding, foundation, and impact investor opportunities.

You will support curriculum delivery and applied learning. The Lecturer in Logistics will support the design and facilitation of training modules and applied projects focusing on sustainable and efficient cold-chain logistics for agri-food systems and related sectors. Working closely with trainers, programme coordinators, and innovation teams, the role holder will be responsible for enabling trainees to develop practical logistics solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce losses, and improve access to markets.

Working closely with trainers, programme coordinators, and innovation teams, this role will be responsible for enabling trainees to build and test viable community-led solutions that improve livelihoods.
