In this week's, Picture of the Week, you see Mireille Isimbi, our ACES staff photographer, at work during a portrait shoot. Last week, a lot of new employees needed their picture taken in order to introduce them to us all.

Mireille Isimbi reveals a few of her secrets:

"I always explain to people I’m going to photograph, what the difference is between a passport photo and a professional headshot. I have to make them aware that their image will reflect a part of their personality and therefore we need to take time. There are some tricks I use during the shoot. I ask them what they feel when they look into a mirror and smile. That feeling is what I want to capture. When I ask people what their favourite side is, most of the time they don’t know. But the moment they pose for me, they show it themselves without realising. During the shoot I tell them how good they are doing and how good they look. It shows in the results."

We look forward to seeing the new headshots!
